...I can't say I've heard of a revival method like that.

Though, I do understand the concept of death being not exactly as something that would be a permanent aspect, depending on the individual.

[ It isn't exactly guaranteed for most of Teyvat, but his people are another story entirely - just, well, not in the way she described. ]

I don't know how many he's left behind. But, I don't think it likely a message would reach individuals so far away from here.

[ A wish…

Very bold of her to bother asking him that. ]

While I have no intentions of entertaining playing along to that extent, I will say this:

The wish I have won't be granted by the divine, because it would mean that this being would willingly allow himself to be destroyed by a being declared a sinner.

[ Dainsleif is a predictable man, maybe. Quite frankly it is obvious that Father won't accept a wish that is "destroy yourself". ]

[ He appreciates the lack of hesitation - and really, for a moment he isn't sure what to say, pausing, other than... ]

...I appreciate that you believe so.

I have also seen no gods existing as otherwise so far...therefore, I see them as no different than what you have described.

[ Dainsleif biased against gods ... news at 11. ]

But, like you have said, it is certain that this is something we must do ourselves. Hoping for a miracle or wish will not make it happen; nor will it be possible by any other way.

We are in agreement.

[ Dainsleif is already imagining how many stabbings he will bring the accursed being... ]

...Somehow, I'm not surprised.

[ The fate of an individual's story is best written by the hands of themselves, rather than a stranger's. ]

[ Dainsleif isn't as much as expressing a bright emotion (he just does little of those), but there is something like grim determination. ]

...It is.

Rare is it that I encounter those of a similar mind. And those who remain that way, for that matter.

[ That is them in a nutshell... ]

Centuries, hm?

Hah...my opponents fervently wish I would have a change of heart, and are constantly angry that I oppose them to the end instead of standing with them. Even if it tears me apart.

You will find that I am very stubborn and set in my ways. I don't intend to let my heart be driven otherwise, so easily.

Ironically, I could say that change can be good. Though, if one wishes to remain noble and true - to stick to convictions that don't twist their whole being...they can't allow a fickle, weak heart.

Unsurprisingly, those people claim that they make their plans for the people, while only listening to the voices in their minds that pretend to be as the peoples'.

[ Dainsleif then just shakes his head regardless. ]

Fortunately, you're also correct in that conclusion. At least, that is the case where I'm concerned...once I'm convinced of something, forget persuading me of anything else.

...That they are.

Though, there have been times they've taken the chance to take advantage of it. It simply is what it is.

[ Dainsleif has no intentions of sinking to their level, regardless. ]
